To apply for the Psychology Thesis Master's Program, candidates must have successfully completed a four-year undergraduate program at a university with domestic or international equivalency. The Psychology (Thesis) Master's program is an applied postgraduate program that combines theoretical knowledge with case studies and research projects. The program aims to equip students with methodology, technical knowledge, and critical thinking skills in the field of psychology to contribute academically. It is designed for candidates aspiring to work in Social Psychology and Developmental Psychology.
Graduates who have completed their master's degree can work in relevant units in government institutions, the private sector, or non-governmental organizations related to psychology. Additionally, they may find employment as educators or researchers at state or foundation universities.
Students graduated from this programme can apply to PhD programmes.
In order to graduate, the following conditions must be met:
a) Successfully complete the credit courses and seminar courses included in the education plan in which the student is registered.
Having completed the course and having a GPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00.
b) To be successful in the thesis defense exam.
c) To meet other conditions required for graduation as approved by the Senate.
c) To submit at least three bound copies and an electronic copy of the master's thesis, which is found to be appropriate in terms of form, to the Institute within one month from the date of taking the thesis exam.
