4-year law undergraduate degree. (Field graduation is a requirement.) - ALES (Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Examination) score of at least 55 points or above from any score type (Numerical, Verbal and Equal Weight) within the last five years, - ALES is only valid for programs with thesis. ALES requirement for non-thesis programs has been abolished. - Candidate students who do not have sufficient ALES score can take courses of graduate programs as "special students"; student rights cannot be benefited as a special student. - Those who have taken the GMAT and GRE exams can use the numerical score in the GMAT or GRE equivalency table against the ALES base score.

Recognition of prior formal learning is done at the national level in accordance with the framework regulations of YÖK and the relevant regulations of Istanbul Altınbaş University.

The duration of SBE law graduate education is maximum 3 years (6 semesters) according to the Higher Education Council Regulation. One year consists of two semesters. Each semester has 16 weeks. In order for our students to successfully complete their education and receive a diploma, they must pass all the necessary courses and have a GPA of at least 3. During the program, 3 compulsory courses including Scientific Ethics + 4 elective courses + seminar courses are taken. Afterwards, the thesis writing must be found successful.

To train competent and competent jurists in the field of public law.

Graduates of this program work as lawyers, prosecutors, judges, notaries, researchers, academicians, managers, consultants and experts in all areas of public and private sectors related to law. Graduates are equipped with the necessary basic and technical knowledge and skills such as communication, foreign language and teamwork to work in these fields.

Those who successfully complete the program can enroll in the DOCTORATE IN PUBLIC LAW program within the additional requirements that some higher education institutions may seek.

Scholarship opportunities are available for students. It offers elective courses in many areas of law to its students. Legal education is supported by international collaborations.
